baji2 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji2 ("baji2", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the baji2 website at baji2.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account management tools and support services available through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access baji2, whether via a mobile browser on an Android or iOS device, a desktop browser, or any other access method.

By accessing baji2, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the baji2 platform and close your account if one has already been opened. baji2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use baji2, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. baji2 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will verify age upon account registration and at any subsequent point where verification is required.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with baji2 or any other platform, and must not be on any internal or external exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must be using your own funds and not funds belonging to a third party. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on baji2, is prohibited.

baji2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by baji2 may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one active account on baji2. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same player, the forfeiture of all balances held in those accounts, and the cancellation of any pending bonus or promotional award. If you discover that a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, you must notify baji2 immediately via the support contact at [email protected].

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji2 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. baji2 is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You should use the secure logout function when accessing baji2 from a shared or public device.

baji2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to baji2's verification procedures and the specific limits applicable to each payment method:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are the fastest deposit and withdrawal channels on baji2, with deposits typically credited within seconds and approved withdrawals completing within minutes.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Bank transfers may take longer to process than mobile wallet transactions and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard. Card deposits are subject to the cardholder's bank approval and any applicable international transaction fees imposed by the issuing bank are the player's responsibility.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ by payment method and will be displayed in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request.

baji2 may at its discretion conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification. Where additional verification is required, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending status until the verification is complete. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before opting in to any bonus or promotional offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on baji2 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and betting markets specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered the required number of times before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

These tools include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, temporary time-out periods and permanent self-exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on baji2. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or the manipulation of any game or betting market through the use of software tools, bots, scripts or any other automated means.
• Bonus abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any technical error or system fault to claim funds to which you are not entitled.
• Money laundering or the use of baji2 for any purpose connected with financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer or conceal the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Collusion between players in any poker, live casino or other competitive game format on baji2, including the sharing of hole cards, coordinating bet sizes to manipulate outcomes, or any other form of player-to-player collusion that distorts the fairness of the game.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape or otherwise extract data from the baji2 platform, its game content, pricing data or user data without explicit written permission from baji2.

baji2 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, baji2 will take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where the conduct involves criminal activity, reporting to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content available on the baji2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, source code, interface design, promotional materials and data compilations, is the property of baji2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji2 platform solely for the purpose of using the services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any baji2 content, or to use any baji2 content for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of baji2.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji2 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the baji2 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes; technical failures, server outages or connectivity issues that interrupt gameplay or cause a wager to be placed at unintended odds; delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; and any reliance placed on information published on the baji2 platform including game odds, return-to-player percentages and promotional terms.

baji2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all services. baji2 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible. Where a technical fault results in a game outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, baji2 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to players.

baji2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the baji2 platform. Where changes are material, baji2 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or contact information held on their account. Your continued use of the baji2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the baji2 platform should in the first instance be raised with the baji2 support team at [email protected]. baji2 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
